Being productive as an entrepreneur presents its own challenges. We are required to be creative and innovative in this technological era, which can both facilitate and complicate our efforts, especially as competition arises when our products or services gain popularity.
I often create simple tools to assist me in my work and also write down my understanding in the form of an ebook to further solidify the knowledge I acquire.
Here are some creations I have developed to support my daily activities:
A. Marketing Tools
1. Email Marketing Module
This module for the WHMCS billing system was created for daily/weekly/monthly email promotional activities for one of my hosting businesses. It includes a simple tracking feature to capture the number of opens and clicks on links in the recipient’s email.
2. WhatsApp Broadcast Module
This module complements the email module above, allowing for promotions to be sent via WhatsApp. It is rarely used, only in urgent cases, due to the risk of account bans.
B. Event Management System
3. Cycling Event Portal & Registration System
As a cycling enthusiast who often collaborates with friends in the community to organize cycling events, I developed an event management system. While it can be used for non-cycling events, I branded the domain as ngepit.com.
4. Simple Photo Documentation Search System
I created this because I was frustrated during cycling events when I had to sift through thousands of photos on Google Drive just to find 1-3 of my own. I developed this web-based application called Fotomu, which allows users to upload 4 selfies to search for their photos. The Fotomu application also provides notifications when new relevant photos are found.
C. Trading Tools
5. Multi-Timeframe Trading Indicator for TradingView
To reduce charting and overtrading, I created this TradingView indicator to receive alerts on WhatsApp whenever there is a trading momentum for me. Learn more | Download
